Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Customized or special order items
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email info@xeremshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at info@xeremshop.com with photos and details of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
